Banza Shade Co will warranty Banza (Awning) and Travel Bag for Material and Manufacture defects for a period of 90 days.

Banza Shade Co will repair or replace (at our option) defective materials or products as necessary to render the product functional.


Items Covered

Defective Stitching/Sewing, fabric, Zipper, Buckles.

Warranty will not cover damage incurred to Banza or Travel Bag from normal (or excessive) wear. Not designed for use in windy conditions


Items Not Covered

Adjustable Awning Poles, Guy Lines, and Pegs.

Tears and rips in Banza or Travel Bag fabric from normal use are not covered.

Damage to Zipper and Buckles are not covered under warranty unless covered under the manufacturing defect.

If you have damage to your Banza that falls outside the scope of the warranty (e.g. damage due to improper use or neglect) or if you need replacement parts, we will make every effort to assist you in resolving the problem.

Damage to the Banza, Travel Bag, Zippers, Buckles, and Straps can be sent back to Banza Shade Co for repair. Customer pays shipping and cost to repair damage.


Exchange Policy

Banza Shade Co will exchange any of our Banza’s within 30 days of purchase as long as Banza has not been used, or attached to any UTV, or a Vehicle. Exchange for another Banza or Color will be offered. Customer agrees to pay for shipping and any additional costs uncured.


Return Policy

Product may be returned to Banza Shade Co within 7 days from purchase as long as Banza has not been used or attached to any UTV or Vehicle.

Customer pays for shipping.
